Our goal is to coordinate and organise your participation in national and international exhibitions so that you and your employees can fully focus on (potential) clients and relations. FairPromotion offers you the following services:
Paperwork before, during and after the exhibition
Getting everything organised for an exhibition can be a time-consuming and frustrating business. Our years of experience at international exhibitions mean we have built up lasting relationships with exhibition managers who are happy to work with us. From the very start we can contact the exhibition organisers to reserve stand space for our clients. This way we can provide you with bespoke advice on location while taking the hassle of negotiations out of your hands.
Coordinating stand design and construction
The design and construction of a stand requires months of intensive planning and hard work. Together with various internationally oriented stand-building companies, FairPromotion will arrange your exhibition stand. Understanding the importance of creating a stable
international image, we create top quality stands for all your international exhibitions.
In addition to the development of a completely new design, we can also manage and coordination your existing stand materials and any possible additions. We negotiate with stand builders, communicate your ideas, coordinate any adjustments, answer your questions and keep you up to date with developments. FairPromotion favours working with its own
preferred stand builders so as to guarantee the quality you desire.
Coordinating set-up and breakdown
FairPromotion oversees the construction of your stand in the days before the opening of the exhibition. We ensure that all deliveries are on time, help install models, artwork or projection systems, and provide your stand with brochures, press and promotional materials so that you need not arrive before the exhibition starts. FairPromotion also checks whether all the
elements you need are in place at your stand before every exhibition day opens so that you won’t have to worry about a thing. After the exhibition we coordinate the breakdown of your stand and make sure that nothing is left behind.
Coordinating transport
If your stand is constructed by one of the FairPromotion stand builders, FairPromotion will take care of transporting your stand materials to and from the exhibition.
Our transport services for all exhibitions range from pick up to delivery, and include constant contact with the transport company, the handling of customs documents, and storage
packing during exhibition days. We also handle the entire transport process after the event from your stand at the exhibition to your company or storage facility.
We offer companies that participate in both the Monaco and Fort Lauderdale boat shows a special combined transport service. This involves less handling while offering considerable savings due to joint shipment and lower handling fees. At your request FairPromotion will also coordinate and handle the transportation of your display and/or promotion materials.
Catering & hostess services
FairPromotion’s on-site promotional team handles the supply and management of the stand during the exhibition. If required we can provide our clients with food and drinks and manage the contents of your fridge. We also supply representative hostesses as stand crew. At the end of the day, we clean and wash up and make sure that the stand meets the highest
standards. We are fully at your service during the exhibition should you have any questions or demands.
Contracts & payments
FairPromotion coordinates and collects all the necessary paperwork including due payments and contracts for deliveries. Your financial department will only have to deal with paying FairPromotion, while we make sure that all deadlines are met and that the required paperwork is handled in time.
