Flying the Dutch flag for super yachts
Holland leads the way in creating the finest quality super yachts in the world. Now you can also benefit from having your yacht built to technical regulations that take the unique requirements of modern super yachts fully into account. Flying the Dutch flag may have many advantages for you.

Flying the Dutch flag on commercially operated super yachts is a rather new development. The ´Commercial Cruising Vessel´ code (CCV code), a set of new Dutch technical regulations, is recently especially designed for super yachts. It offers you an up-to-date safety code, combined with a clear operating model that resolves all taxation issues. In fact, what we can offer is a ‘one stop shop’ solution for yachts larger than 24 meters. This total package includes construction, safety standards, commercial exploitation, manning and advantageous registration under the Dutch flag!
