During the current economic circumstances A. de Keizer Elektrotechniek (AdK) is still expanding, both nationally as internationally. At the moment a new headquarter in Zaandam, The Netherlands is being built, close to the current headquarter. The executive board, showroom and training centre will be situated within this new building. Furthermore, the service department in Barcelona will be expanded, a new service department will be opened in Palma de Mallorca and since April 2012 AdK is joining the Holland Yacht Experience, which is located in Cannes.
National expansion
In March this year, AdK has started with rebuilding a new headquarter situated in Zaandam. Due to the constant growth and the desire to keep innovating, the current office became too small. The board of AdK as well as a spacious showroom will be located within this new building. This showroom will give customers, advisors and other business partners an impression of what AdK can create and realize. Moreover will both the New Business department as the new Marketing&Communication department be a part of the team that is located within the new building. As a result of placing these creative departments together, AdK hopes to remain an innovative company for current and new customers. The new office will also include a training centre. By professionalizing this training centre, AdK wants to continue investing in the future.
International expansion
Spain
In order to anticipate on the growing demand for service around the Mediterranean area, AdK has opened a service department in Barcelona in April 2009. Due to the successes of this department, the building will be expanded in 2012. In addition to the service department AdK currently has in Barcelona, another service department is already opened in Palma de Mallorca. By expanding internationally, AdK provides its customers more possibilities for service, maintenance and renewals on site.
France
AdK has joined the Holland Yacht Experience (HYE) in Cannes. HYE is a joint venture of a number of leading Dutch yacht companies based in Cannes. In close cooperation with these partners it is AdK’s objective to bring Dutch quality to the attention of a broader audience via joint promotion and representation on the French Cote d’Azur, like the Cannes Boat Show, as well as to improve the service to end customers in this part of the world. A daily opened showroom offers visitors detailed information of the possibilities of the different Dutch companies.
