Since 1982 we serve the yacht building industry with teak decks, cap rails and exterior woodwork. Our teak decks are constructed from first-class quarter-sawn teak wood. Teak decks
The process starts with digital scanning at your yacht. Before the production process starts you will receive a drawing of how the deck will look after production. When the production process is completed your teak deck consist of prefab deck parts. Now it is ready to be glued on the deck with epoxy adhesive under vacuum.
Your advance in this process is the short duration that our employees are present on the yacht. In a relativity short period your yacht will be completed with outstanding teak decks.
Cap rails
When we create a cap rail we also start with digital scanning. At our company the cap rail is completely produced, lacquered and sprayed when we mount it on your yacht. The maximum length of one element is 8 meters.
Future and development
Today, the production process is for the most part automated, starting with digital scanning of decks and cap rails. The next step is to develop this process.
We are also able to provide digital scanning and CAD drawing orders for all kinds of customers.
