Looking back at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2011 it leaves us with some mixed feelings. The energy and effort spent by the Dutch exhibitors to show their best presentations were impressive. Despite this year’s very bad weather conditions, some interesting contacts were being made by our members. The Dutch were represented by almost all the super yacht builders of the HISWA Holland Yachting Group and various strong representatives of our suppliers and service members. The promotional stand of the HISWA Holland Yachting Group in the Y&B tent attracted a lot of attention and gave us the perfect opportunity to inform people personally about the strengths of the Dutch super yacht industry.
