Seven Seas at the 2011 Monaco Yacht Show

Published: 13 July 2011

The spectacular 86m/282.16ft SEVEN SEAS was successfully delivered one month ahead of schedule to her owner in November 2010. Built under the project name Y706, this stunning yacht follows in the legacy of Oceanco’s thriving “Y700” generation that includes award-winning yachts such as AMEVI, ALFA NERO, ANASTASIA, VIBRANT CURIOSITY and SUNRAYS. Oceanco, in combination with the owner’s representatives, Wright Maritime Group, designers Nuvolari & Lenard, Azure Naval Architects and interior decorator, Molly Isaksen, has created an outstanding masterpiece.

Modern lines and a contemporary style define this elegant yacht and with a beam of 14.20m/46.59ft, she boasts extraordinary volumes. Oceanco’s SEVEN SEAS features spacious accommodations and extensive amenities—including the latest entertainment systems—for twelve guests in four large guest suites and two luxurious VIP suites. The upper deck forward of the atrium, exclusively for the owner’s use, extends outside past a plunge pool to a foredeck which, thanks to a mooring deck below, is free of clutter or equipment. This area, accessed solely from the owner’s area is totally private.

SEVEN SEAS also has Oceanco’s signature infinity swimming pool on the aft deck that can be conveniently transformed into a helipad. However, an innovative highlight is a projector, which will throw an image onto the aft glass wall of the pool allowing one to take in the latest movie while a swim at sea or on the quay.

Furthermore, the main salon is fully equipped with a professional projection system and a 5 x 2m/16 x 6.56ft screen which, coupled with two rows of raked seating, can transform into a screening theatre. Adjacent to the main salon is an imposing 250m² area, which can host everything from casual al fresco dining to a black-tie gala.

SEVEN SEAS, powered by dual 4,680hp/3,492 kW MTU engines can reach speeds of up to 20 knots providing both performance and comfort. The yacht has an extensive list of amenities including a wide array of water sport toys and tenders such as her custom enclosed 10.5m/34.45ft limo tender and custom 9.2m/30.18ft open sport boat. SEVEN SEAS is fitted with the latest audio visual entertainment systems as well as the most technologically advanced communications systems.

Oceanco is proud to present this magnificent yacht and latest delivery at the 2011 Monaco Yacht Show (21 to 24 September; berth R01). Visits on board will be by invitation only.
