Our modern purpose built factory near Amsterdam designs and manufactures masts and booms primarily in Aluminium, with extensive experience in the super yacht and ocean cruising sectors. Our Carbon Fibre Centre of Excellence is based outside Montpellier in the South of France and specialises in spars for the high performance sailing market and special lightweight projects for super yachts.
Building is just one aspect of the Formula service which has been recognised as outstanding by leading designers and builders around the world. In addition to the design and manufacture of spars, Formula can provide a full sailing package from the deck up. Running and standing rigging, deck gear and sails can all be supplied as part of our full rig programme.
