Vitters’ Lady B wins World Superyacht Award

Published: 10 May 2011

The  44,7 m / 147 ft sailing beauty Lady B has been awarded with a Judge’s Commendation at the World Superyacht Awards Gala in Londen last weekend. The Dubois design with spectacular interior from Rhoades Young was one of the winners in the category “best sailing yachts 30-45m”.

Director Louis Hamming is honored: “We consider Lady B as a perfect example of a modern performance-cruising sloop. We are proud to be able to deliver head turning sailing yachts. With her light interior characterized by a curved wall from aft to front – cleverly disguising the keel box - she offers the comfort and feel of a luxurious beach house. Her lifting keel and rigging and sailplan however, are ingredients for spectacular sailing capabilities.”

Previous award winners built by Vitters Shipyard in The Netherlands are Nirvana, Mystère, Adèle and Ghost.
